Hello

You might be here because you want to investigate a little more about wellbeing and self-care. Maybe something I shared on socials resonated with you, or someone you trust sent you here. 

Maybe you're investigating wellbeing and self-care because you're either exhausted or close to it.  Your exhaustion relates to caring but you may not call yourself a carer. But you most likely are. You think, act and care for your partner, kids, parents, colleagues, staff you manage, staff you don't manage, friends, and all the random days school, sport and your community slams into your calendar.  

But that's still not quite the reason why you're here. 

While all of those responsibilities can be overwhelming you've learned to cope and over time you've become good at it. You've learned that if you place your own needs down the bottom of the pile somewhere, well below everything else,  then everything operates just fine. For a while.  

But you're  most likely here because of one big thing - a health challenge, either your own or a loved one, a change in a relationship, or a significant event that you really didn't see coming.
 
And your one big thing is something in your life that's difficult to accept, manage or think about. And of course it makes all of those other life responsibilities even more overwhelming.  So after years of prioritising your self-care after everyone else, then the one big thing just piled itself unapologetically right on top. 

Yep that's why you're here... 

But it's all okay, because that's why I'm here too. I've experienced the one big thing and I'm also here to say you don't have to do it alone.









My approach is to get to know you, find out what's front of your mind and focus on wellbeing strategies to help you through the day. You'll understand why self-care is so important and how to bring it into your life. I understand that each person's experience is unique, this is not me rolling out a stock standard approach to everyone I work with. I'll meet you where you are right now, move with you, and always have your wellbeing as priority number one.  You'll feel valued, have some new perspectives to think about, and opportunities to bring into your life. 

I’ll share my life lessons and knowledge learned over 12 years with my wife’s cancer journey, as well as my 20 years experience as a teacher, high performance strength and conditioning coach, senior manager and life coach. I don't just sit with what I have learned so far, for me, the lessons keep coming from my clients, current readings and research.    

And if you're still here, you'd be pleased to know I have two wellbeing and self-care offerings for you beginning 2025. This is you, working with me, prioritising your wellbeing.  

Sessions are conducted online or at my property in the Barossa Valley, South Australia. For those meeting me face-to-face you have the opportunity to feel a sense of peace in the countryside with big gums, a creek that flows in winter, a native garden and the sounds and movements of the animals as they investigate the land.
